Accounts Payable Record to Report Order to Cash Executive

Role Overview Genpact is seeking experienced finance professionals for Accounts Payable, Record to Report, and Order to Cash roles at our Jaipur location. Key Responsibilities - Process invoices and manage payments with resolution of discrepancies including 3-way match and non-PO invoice handling - Perform month-end close activities and prepare financial statements including quarterly, annual, and audited statutory reports - Review and post month-end journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations - Manage accounts receivable collections and contact business partners to obtain remittance details - Identify and resolve customer remit discrepancies and short payments with accuracy - Utilize SAP, Navision, or other ERP systems for transaction processing and reporting - Support process improvements and streamline financial workflows - Handle intercompany processes and manage multiple accounting partners Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, BBA, BMS, or CA qualification - Two to ten years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Record to Report, or Order to Cash processes - Proficiency in SAP, Navision, or equivalent ERP systems - Strong understanding of accounts receivable and invoice processing procedures - Knowledge of accounting concepts and month-end close procedures - Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation skills Why Join Us Genpact offers career acceleration through hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities in a values-driven culture that emphasizes integrity, innovation, and inclusion. - Two to ten years experience in Accounts Payable, Record to Report, or Order to Cash - B.Com, BBA, BMS, or CA qualification required - SAP, Navision, or other ERP system experience - Knowledge of invoice processing and 3-way match concepts - Experience with non-PO and utilities invoice processing - Invoice auditing and payment processing skills - Accounts receivable process understanding - Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience - Cash application and collections management - General ledger and reconciliation expertise
