Role Overview A leading buildings and factories company is seeking an administrative and accounting professional for an Accounts/Admin/IR role in Bengaluru. In this position, you will manage site accounting, petty cash, sub-contractor billings, and industrial relations documentation. Key Responsibilities - Handle petty cash and payments against authorized documents. - Prepare daily cash booking reports and monthly MIS statements. - Process payments and check EPF and bonus statements for subcontractors. - Reconcile supplier and sub-contractor ledgers and post EIP entries. - Manage guest houses, vehicle tracking, travel desks, and local liaisoning. - Handle attendance logs, workmen wage management, and mess administration. - Coordinate joining formalities and settlements for site workforces. - Organize medical check-up for new joiners and monitor timing compliance. Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. - Understanding of site administration, finance, and industrial relations. - Familiarity with EIP systems, vendor code systems, and ledger posting. - Knowledge of GST checking, EPF compliance, and bonus provisions. - Strong organizational, documentation, and local liaisoning skills.
