Accounting Services Associate III

As an Accounting Services Associate III based in Kochi, you will play a key role in the Report to Record process, ensuring financial accuracy and operational integrity. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and post accurate journal entries in accordance with established financial procedures - Maintain, reconcile, and review ledger accounts to ensure data integrity across all financial records - Reconcile sub-ledgers with the general ledger and finalize intercompany reconciliation processes in coordination with AP teams and business stakeholders - Identify process gaps and actively provide improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency and accuracy - Support project tracking and reporting tasks to assist team leadership and management - Assign unreconciled items to appropriate reviewers and provide real-time feedback on errors and quality concerns - Impart training to junior team members and act as an informal resource for colleagues when needed - Comply with all company policies, standards, and quality guidelines Required Qualifications - Any graduate or postgraduate degree in commerce, finance, or a related field - Vocational training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in accounting processes - Demonstrated proficiency in ledger reconciliation, journal entries, and general ledger management - Familiarity with intercompany reconciliation and accounts payable coordination - Strong analytical thinking with attention to accuracy and process compliance - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration - Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple assignments Why Join Us At Conduent, individuality is recognised and valued every day, giving you a genuine opportunity to thrive professionally while making a meaningful impact.
