Accounting Services Associate III

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Services Associate III to join our Finance team in Kochi. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and post accurate journal entries in accordance with company standards - Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis - Reconcile sub-ledgers with the general ledger and finalise intercompany reconciliation processes - Liaise with Accounts Payable teams and business stakeholders to resolve discrepancies - Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to enhance operational efficiency - Support project tracking and financial reporting activities - Ensure the integrity of the complete Report to Record process - Prepare and assign unreconciled items to appropriate reviewers for resolution - Provide real-time feedback on accuracy and quality improvements - Impart training to junior team members and act as an informal knowledge resource - Comply with all organisational policies, procedures, and quality standards Required Qualifications - Any graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline - Vocational training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in accounting - Proficiency in ledger reconciliation, journal entries, and general ledger processes - Familiarity with intercompany reconciliation and AP coordination - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration - Ability to work independently with limited supervision Why Join Us At Conduent, every associate is valued for their individuality, expertise, and contributions.
