Job title: Vice President – Engineering, Transition & CoE Job location: Gurgaon Job area description: North, West & East regions Job Grade: Reporting to: Top Management Team reports to: Engineering, Transition & CoE team (in proportion to expansion of business) Working relationship: Internal stakeholders: Regional Operations teams, Departmental Heads, Departmental Regional Leads, SMEs (in proportion to expansion of business and business requirements) External stakeholders: Clients, Vendors, Auditors, QA auditor, Service providers (in proportion to expansion of business and business requirements)
Key Responsibilities
- Achievement of EBITA target through organic and inorganic business development and effective management of region OPEX. Be the SPOC for all escalations from clients and actioning solutions with team.
- Management of regional operations through Team and business partners towards achieving regional P&L and Business Development targets month by month and meet/exceed annual KPI/objectives.
- Performance measurement and management process including monitoring & reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs – measurable and as per business requirement), understanding of scope of work costing, billing and collection, acumen to contract management and legal aspects.
- Drive implementation of strategic business programs and best practices in Property & facilities management with total productive business results. Collaborate with other service lines to ensure seamless and proactive service delivery across the region including all aspects of Facility Operations, EHS, budgeting, cost control, incident management, supplier management and client management. ▪ To organize and launch operational excellence (OE) implementation, best practices on the pan India client portfolio through OE tools and methods. Propose proactive ways to cost optimization, due diligence and solution building to the organization and decide on necessary changes. ▪ To train, Communicate to Operations Managers and Site management teams on solutions to be applied. Give advice to the Client on improvements / evolutions of processes. To lead diagnosis and identifying cost saving opportunity around energy, water and waste and environmental impact. Contributing to Manpower optimization, Change over time reduction, Manpower planning, Value system mapping, Industrial Engineering, Six Sigma projects, Inventory reduction, Floor space optimization, Material handling processes, Time and motion study, 5S, Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Process capability Improvement, Quality Control projects, Business process simplification, Automation, Ergonomic improvements, Root cause Analysis(RCA), ISO 9001, ISO14001 process and system audits, KPI, Review and monitoring of OE initiatives. Project CAPEX, Project planning, Cost working through Lean Management window, AutoCAD layout and workplace design Software implementation, optimization, simulation .
- The individual shall have understanding & knowledge of various aspects of energy management and strategizing energy management for client locations.
- The Individual shall have an innovative mindset for identifying suitable technology solutions to optimize delivery processes as well as the ability to drive implementation of such solutions quickly and effectively across the portfolio.
- The individual is versatile in organizing energize and events programs for clients and customers. Capable of ensuring high standards of hospitality services and enhancing customer delight,
- Manage reporting process in region as per organizational requirement, frequency, formats by providing and facilitating qualitative and quantitative data analysis across the portfolio including daily, weekly reports, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports.
- Establish a standard service vendor management & contract management strategy across all the properties. Strategy to include setting up of SLAs and KPI scorecards for all the service vendors. Establish standard OPEX budget templates and establish annual budgets.
- Establish internal and external benchmarking process for property & asset management services, OPEX budgets and drive continual optimization of costs across the portfolio.
- Establishing internal review strategy for ensuring compliance with the established systems & processes and best practices to implement internal reviews / audits & provide gap analysis reports and drive implementation of corrective / preventive action plans. 1

To ensure that HSE policies are aligned with the organization's overall business objectives and that strategies are developed to continuously improve HSE performance.
