Your Profile

• Support the planning and execution of customer engagement and marketing campaigns across different stages of the customer journey — from and engagement to retention and reactivation.

• Assist in executing campaigns across channels such as Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, In-App, App Inbox, and SMS.

• Work with customer and transactional data to identify audience segments, behavioural patterns, and opportunities to improve customer engagement.

• Assist in analysing campaign performance and identifying what worked, what didn’t, and how campaigns can be improved.

• Use AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to support campaign ideation, copy generation, data analysis, insight summarisation, and reporting.

• Help prepare campaign reports and dashboards, track key metrics, and turn data into clear insights and recommendations.

• Work closely with teams across BI, Data Science, Product, Engineering, Business, Design, and Creative to execute marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns and creative assets are delivered accurately and on time.

• Stay curious about customer behaviour, marketing trends, new technologies, and emerging AI tools, and look for ways to apply them to everyday marketing work.

Your Checklist

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but we care more about how you think than what you studied.

• Strong interest in marketing, consumer behaviour, digital products, and customer engagement.

• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets, with an ability to spot patterns and draw meaningful insights.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

• Comfortable experimenting with AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and curious about how AI can make marketing smarter and more effective.

• A structured and analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and figuring out the "why" behind customer behaviour.

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn — someone who doesn't just execute a task, but asks questions and looks for ways to do it better.
