Conduct daily project tracking and controlling to ensure timely and quality delivery from initiation to closure. ● Risk Management: Identify project risks proactively, develop robust mitigation plans, and resolve ongoing issues effectively. ● Executive Reporting: Provide comprehensive weekly status reports to executive management. Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs using relevant project management tools. ● Quality & Process Maintenance: Maintain established organizational processes and ensure strict adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, security standards, and quality policies. ● Stakeholder & Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication. ● Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and meticulously monitor project costs. ● Technology & Innovation: Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns (cloud, microservices, APIs) and recommend adoption where it improves delivery quality, scalability, or cost efficiency.
