We are looking for an experienced
Technical Lead
with a strong
backend engineering focus
to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in
Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes
, with strong experience building and operating high-scale backend platforms in production environments.
The role also requires hands-on frontend development experience, particularly with
ReactJS
, with
Angular
experience being relevant for full-stack delivery. As a Technical Lead, you will provide technical direction to a cross-functional engineering team while remaining hands-on with architecture, development, code quality, performance, and delivery.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps teams, and other engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable platforms supporting digital products and everyday banking capabilities.

- Plan technical delivery, estimate work, manage dependencies, and support successful sprint execution.
- Mentor and guide engineers on architecture, development practices, debugging, performance optimization, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
