Northern Trust is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
to join the KYC Centre of Excellence (CoE). The role reports to the Global KYC Training Lead and supports the delivery of AML/KYC training activities across the First Line of Defense (1LOD), contributing to the effectiveness of the Global AML Program through training coordination, materials development, and continuous improvement support.
The KYC Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of AML/KYC training programs across the KYC CoE. The role helps ensure colleagues maintain a strong understanding of anti-money laundering, know-your-customer, sanctions, and financial crime requirements by assisting with new joiner training, refresher sessions, training materials, completion tracking, and stakeholder coordination. The position also supports the use of video-assisted, digital, and AI-enabled training approaches where appropriate to improve engagement, accessibility, and training effectiveness.
