Technical Associate - Senior Paper Cup & Tub Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced operator to independently handle paper cup, tub, and lid forming machines, manage changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain critical spares. Machines Handled

• We are looking for an experienced operator to independently handle paper cup, tub, and lid forming machines, manage changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain critical spares. Machines Handled
• SPB Machinery (ACM 9000B, PBM-3500, SPB1000U, ZGJ-M70, SPB-900-BIG)
• Cups: 350 ml, 450 ml, 550 ml
• Tubs: 550 ml, 750 ml, 1 L, 65 oz, 85 oz
• Lids: 350 ml, 550 ml, 1L (1 PC Lid, 2 PC Lid)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate paper cup, tub, and lid machines independently
• Perform complete size changeovers (cups, tubs, lids)
• Troubleshoot sealing, leakage, alignment, and quality issues
• Maintain and monitor critical spares and tooling
• Support basic preventive maintenance
