Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Student Support · Conduct daily teaching sessions as per the PEP framework in OPD/IPD or in schoolrooms. · Track student attendance, progress, and reintegration potential. · Provide individualized attention and teaching when necessary. · Engage students in interactive and holistic learning experiences. · Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress. 2. Parent & Community Coordination · Work closely with parents and caregivers for academic continuity. · Sensitize parents and reintegrated home school staff on cancer and post-treatment effects. · Assist in identifying and filling out scholarship forms, ensuring all necessary documents are collected. · Organize regular parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress. · Following-up with children for their reintegration purposes. 3. Documentation & Reporting · Maintain vCAN entries for all educational and support assistance provided. · Coordinate with the SST (Social Support Team) for holistic child development. · Maintain all records related to attendance, learning progress, diagnostic assessments (DA), PEP execution, student evaluations, and individual growth tracking. · Submit monthly student progress reports to the Head Teacher. · Following up with children to know their progress and schooling status.
