Requirements

experience

in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build rapport. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
