As a Software Engineer in Pune, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem

• Job Summary: Provides technical inputs of the plan, design, development of software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building robust engineering foundations in the tech ecosystem
• Job Responsibilities: - Independently designs, develops, tests and delivers high quality software/solutions. Provides direct estimates, such as time, percentage of project completion, etc. to lead and/or manager.

• Researches and resolves reported systems software problems efficiently and accurately while adhering to internal software management standards and procedures.
• Coordinates the technical work of a small project team. Plans and schedules tasks for projects and individuals.
• Maintains detail knowledge of software, underlying network and system software, and dependencies.
• Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to the development organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent software development experience.
• 3+ years software development experience.
• Strong expertise in

Java

languages and programming.

• Deep understanding of

microservices architecture

,

RESTful APIs

, and

event-driven systems

.

• Experience with at least of the

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, Tanzu, etc)

• Solid knowledge of

containerization technologies

(Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with

DevOps practices

CI/CD pipelines

Observability tools

. (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

• Ability to collaborate with a global team and work with attention to detail & multitask under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Majority time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
• Travel required, may be domestic or international
