Software Engineer

Requirements

What you will do Take ownership of feature development from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring high performance and a polished user experience. Partner daily with Game Designers, Artists, and Product Managers to define

requirements

and ensure technical feasibility. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, implementing robust solutions to ensure a smooth and crash-free

experience

for our players. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to help the team iterate faster and more effectively. Mentor and train junior engineers, shaping their career progression and growth. What we are looking for 2+ years of professional

experience

in mobile application / game development. Strong command on Flutter (Dart), and

experience

building rich applications or games with it. Good understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including hands-on

experience

working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) layers. Proven

experience

with modern programming languages and a deep understanding of CS Concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPS. Ability to communicate technical concepts and know-hows to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely. A track record of working effectively in agile, multi-disciplinary teams. B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent. Nice to Have Prior

experience

in the gaming industry, specifically working on casual or puzzle titles. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks Familiarity of live operations, and A/B experiments
