Requirements

We want a kickass, smart and quick-witted Senior Graphic Designer with an

experience

of 2-3 year/s, preferably in an integrated advertising agency. Excellent leadership

skills

and ability to lead by example. Must be in love with Photoshop and Illustrator and also have an understanding of After Effects, Premiere Pro. Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role. You should have exceptional creativity running in your veins. Giving attention to detail and accuracy of work should be your thing. Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment. Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Ideating and designing the creatives as per the client's brief along with your team. Working with Account Manager and Content Strategist, briefing and advising them with regards to design style, format, print production, and timescales. Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size. Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief. Preparing key visuals for campaigns & brands for Social Media or Outdoor Media. Mentor a team of young Graphic Designers and help them understand visual aesthetics and visual communication for a brand. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements, if required. There are three responses to a creative - yes, no, and WOW! Wow is the one you should aim for.
