Requirements

We want a smart and quick Finance Executive with

experience

of 1 to 2 year. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities are crucial. Must be resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes Ethical, respectful, and able to deal with confidential and sensitive matters Ability to lead with good judgment and problem-solving

skills

Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Responsible for general accounting which includes reconciliations, preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account, financial analysis and reporting. Coordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank. Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions. Cost Income analysis and checks on the billing of all costs to clients. MIS reports and returns preparation like GST & TDS. Gross margin & net margin analysis on all clients/ accounts. Create, send, and follow up on invoices. May include other duties as assigned.
