# Job Description
Business Planning & Strategic Planning
Help prepare annual business plans for BUs and Sales team & track progress regularly
Prepare & track the Strategic Plan / incentive plans as per requirements
Support to BUD for various PPT, working on database, trends
Business Analysis & Reporting
Organizational level MIS and regular reports to measure the daily/weekly/monthly/annual trends
Assist BUs in developing the business analysis reports & track progress on a regular basis
Functional tracking reports for Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and Human Resources
Implementation and execution of SFDC
Implementation and execution of ZYLEM
Incentive Calculation
Responsible for calculating quarterly, annual and /or any other incentive based on Secondary data
Quarterly & annually incentive forecast / provisions.
Annual incentive scheme formulation
Quarterly and Annual incentive payouts
Annual Provision- Each Qtr working
