# Job Description
Job Summary
The Business Analyst - Specification Management will play a critical role in driving business performance through data-driven insights and analytics. This position is responsible for managing, tracking, and analyzing key business metrics, including IMS, TMS, segment performance (including CAP), distributor inventory levels, FDS, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
The incumbent will support the tracking and reporting of Key Driver Goals (KDGs) and performance against defined business metrics for weekly and monthly operating and business reviews. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional teams, this role will contribute to informed decision-making and achievement of business objectives.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in analysing business data and presenting insight to management and enabling business decisions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Experience with requirements management software (e.g., SAP, Xylem, Salesforce etc) is a plus.
