Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering to drive sales and business development for medical and dental equipment. The role involves extensive field travel, customer relationship management, product demonstrations, dealer management, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, dental clinics, diagnostic centers, dental colleges, and healthcare institutions. Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, and convert prospects into customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Product Demonstration & Technical Support Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for medical and dental devices. Explain technical specifications, features, and

benefits

to customers. Coordinate with service teams for installations and after-sales support. Provide basic technical guidance and troubleshooting support when required. Customer & Channel Management Develop and manage distributor/dealer networks in the assigned region. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and follow-up. Maintain regular contact with existing customers to generate repeat business. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and contract discussions. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Collect customer feedback and communicate market

requirements

to management. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and trade events. Reporting & Administration Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Forecast sales and submit territory development plans. Minimum 1 year of sales

experience

in Medical Devices, Dental Equipment, Healthcare Equipment, Diagnostic Equipment, or Capital Medical Equipment, clinical, radiology Strong understanding of technical products and field sales.

Experience

in dealer/distributor management is preferred. Required

Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills. Technical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid driving license preferred.

Requirements
