About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Growth & Innovation Manager to drive our digital presence, ecommerce growth, marketing initiatives, and business automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems using technology, AI, and data-driven decision making. What We're Looking For A growth-oriented professional who doesn't just execute tasks but actively brings new ideas, embraces technology, and helps the company stay ahead through innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our ecommerce platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, website). Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp. Improve website performance, user experience, SEO, and conversion rates. Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly business dashboards. Identify and implement AI tools, automation, and digital solutions to improve business efficiency. Work with sales, service, and IT teams to enhance CRM workflows and customer experience. Coordinate with designers, agencies, and external vendors for digital projects. Continuously research new technologies, trends, and business improvement opportunities.
Requirements

experience
in digital marketing, ecommerce, or business growth. Hands-on
experience
with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred). Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Self-driven, curious, and eager to experiment with new ideas. Ecommerce revenue growth Lead generation and campaign ROI Website traffic and conversion rate Successful implementation of automation and AI initiatives Timely delivery of digital projects and dashboards
