Summary The role is pivotal in driving milk sales growth and expanding distribution networks within the assigned operational area, directly contributing to the achievement of budgeted business targets and high customer satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end management of sales operations, including timely logistics coordination, real-time sales tracking, and proactive market analysis. By ensuring compliance with ISO standards, minimizing product loss, and fostering customer trust through prompt complaint resolution, the position plays a critical role in sustaining operational excellence and market competitiveness. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead the expansion of model parlours, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement across the region.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and drive the expansion of distribution networks within the assigned area. Ensure regular collection of sales realisations and timely reconciliation of outstanding accounts. Coordinate logistics and ensure timely, efficient milk distribution to all outlets and customers. Conduct market intelligence activities to identify gaps in marketing strategies and customer needs. Promote and scale the model parlours business model across the operational region. Monitor, control, and ensure the timely collection of reusable crates. Implement measures to effectively control and minimize product leakages, damages, and losses. Address customer complaints promptly and ensure resolution in line with service standards. Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.

in sales, distribution, or field operations within the FMCG or dairy industry. Strong analytical

with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in logistics coordination and supply chain execution. Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation practices is highly desirable. Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks. Effective communication and interpersonal
