Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing daily operations, coordinating activities, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, other departments, and clients, with key duties including scheduling, data entry, report generation, processing orders, and maintaining sales materials to help achieve company goals. They act as the operational backbone, allowing sales reps to focus on closing deals by streamlining processes from lead generation to order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with presentations, proposals, contracts, and ensuring they have necessary materials. Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage territories, arrange training, and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and other departments. Administrative: Manage customer databases (CRM), input sales data, process orders, and handle customer inquiries. Reporting: Prepare and review sales reports, track team quotas, and analyse data to optimize sales efforts. Communication: Serve as a key contact for clients and facilitate communication within the sales department.
