Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service Assist customers with product information and purchase of products and accessories Process sales transactions accurately using the checkout system Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels Support inventory management and stock replenishment Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets Coordinate with doctors, lab, and reception teams Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets

Experience

in a similar retail environment Minimum of 3+ years’

experience

in retail or sales required A positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends Be computer literate and knowledge of the latest billing software will be a plus point. Strong Communication

Skills

with an eye for accuracy and detail

Experience

using a POS system and handling cash

Experience

with Sales targets and KPI's Strong interpersonal

skills

with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
