Recruitment Specialist

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Navi Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. They will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The candidate may also be involved in HR Operations, as required occasionally.
