Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA/Test Engineer with strong expertise in testing modern web and mobile applications. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application quality across UI, mobile, API, performance, security, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
. Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts.
. Perform functional, integration, regression, system, exploratory, and end to end testing.
. Test web UI and responsive applications across browsers and devices.
. Perform mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms.
. Conduct API testing for REST/JSON services and application integrations.
. Perform performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and scalability issues.
. Validate application security, including authentication, authorization, session management, and common security vulnerabilities.
. Perform accessibility testing aligned with WCAG standards.
. Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
. Collaborate with Developers, UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, BAs, and Architects.
. Support UAT, release validation, and production deployment activities.
Required Skills
. 4–8 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
. Strong knowledge of: Web UI Testing Mobile Testing – iOS & Android API Testing – REST/JSON Performance & Load Testing Security Testing Accessibility / WCAG Testing
. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
. Experience with Postman / REST API testing tools.
. Knowledge of Jira / Azure DevOps for test and defect management.
. Good understanding of SQL/database validation.
. Experience with CI/CD and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
. Experience testing React / React Native applications.
. Experience with Jest / React Testing Library.
. Knowledge of performance tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
. ISTQB certification is an advantage.
