Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled UI Developer with 4–6 years of experience with strong hands on expertise in React, React Native, and TypeScript. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, responsive, secure, and high performing web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on modern UI architecture, real time data, state management, authentication, and automated testing.
The candidate will work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.
Core Technical Competencies
. React.js – Strong hands-on experience with functional components, Hooks, reusable components, and modern React development patterns.
. React Native – Experience developing cross platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
. TypeScript – Strong proficiency in developing type safe, scalable, and maintainable applications.
. RxJS (Reactive Extensions for JavaScript) – Hands on experience with Observables, Operators, Subjects, and reactive programming patterns.
. MUI (Material UI) – Experience developing responsive and reusable UI components using Material UI, theming, and customization.
. Redux Toolkit – Strong understanding of state management using slices, actions, selectors, middleware, and asynchronous operations.
. SSE / WebSocket – Experience implementing real time, event driven communication and streaming data.
. OIDC / OAuth 2.0 – Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization flows, token management, and integration with enterprise Identity Providers.
. Jest + React Testing Library – Experience developing unit and component tests with a strong focus on code quality and test coverage.
. Azure DevOps – Hands on experience with Azure Repos, Boards, Pipelines, CI/CD, automated builds, testing, and deployments.
. REST APIs – Experience integrating front end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
. Git – Strong understanding of version control and collaborative development practices.
. JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS3 – Strong understanding of modern web development fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
. Design, develop, and maintain modern web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript.
. Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components using MUI and established design standards.
. Implement application state management using Redux Toolkit and reactive data flows using RxJS.
. Implement real time communication and streaming data using SSE and WebSocket.
. Integrate REST APIs and manage asynchronous data flows effectively.
. Implement secure authentication and authorization using OIDC/OAuth 2.0.
. Integrate applications with enterprise Identity Providers and securely manage access and refresh tokens.
. Develop unit and component tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
. Configure and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, accessibility, and responsiveness.
. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Good to Have
. Experience with Next.js or other React based frameworks.
. Experience with enterprise Identity Providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak, Auth0, or Okta.
. Experience with Azure cloud services.
. Knowledge of Docker and containerized application deployment.
. Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.
. Understanding of application security, accessibility, and performance optimization.
. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Qualifications & Experience
. 4–6 years of hands on experience in UI/Front End development.
. Strong practical experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, RxJS, MUI, Redux Toolkit, SSE/WebSocket, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, Jest, React Testing Library, and Azure DevOps.
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
. Good communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross functional teams.
