Job Description

Overview The role is a great mix of business and category management, with a strong focus on building a strong Marketplace supply base for our gym fitness/wellness client. Strategy of supply pan-India, margin health, revenue and customer experience are the major touchpoints of this role. The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, and strong on-ground experience of building businesses.

Responsibilities

Identifying the right supply strategy and execution for the Marketplace business (existing fitness centers) with a team, pan India.

Ensuring success of onboarded partners, viz. (revenue, engagement and onboarding and retention on the platform) working with cross functional teams.

Ensuring continuous margin improvements for the business while delivering top notch in-center customer experience.

He/she must be an effective leader and communicator working with our most important partners, as well as with internal colleagues and groups.

He/she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills. Experience preference

An understanding of Marketplace businesses

Work experience is preferred (2-4) - Experience in Business, category management.

Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities

Proven experience leading cross-functional projects

Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree, Tier 1 MBA Experience in Consumer-facing sectors such as E-Commerce, Tech companies preferred,.

Negotiation skills, influencing abilities
