- Own and Prioritize the Product Backlog: Be the ultimate owner of your product backlog, meticulously defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories, features, and epics to maximize business value and align with the product strategy.

- Engage with Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (customers, sales, support, internal business units) regarding the product backlog, managing expectations and ensuring their needs are represented.
- Collaborate with the Development Team: Work daily with your agile development team, participating in all agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), answering questions, and providing clarification.
- Accept Completed Work: Review and accept completed user stories, ensuring they meet the defined acceptance criteria and contribute to the overall product quality and user experience.
- Deep Dive into User Needs: Continuously gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform backlog prioritization and ensure the product remains relevant and valuable.
- Become a Domain Expert: Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in warehouse management, logistics, and manufacturing.
- Facilitate Communication: Ensure seamless communication and transparency between the development team, stakeholders, and other product functions.

Experience
(10+ Years): A minimum of 10 years of progressive
experience
in product development, with at least 5–7 years specifically as a Product Owner in an agile environment.

applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a deep understanding of the Product Owner role within these frameworks.

- Warehouse Management Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material flow.
- Manufacturing Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including production processes, supply chain dynamics, and the unique challenges faced by manufacturers.

working within a manufacturing company or developing solutions specifically for the manufacturing sector is a significant advantage.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Certifications (Plus): CSPO or similar certifications are highly desirable.
