Product Manager

Salary: 10–16 LPA Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi (Work from Office) 5.5 days working (Alternative Saturdays off) We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead key product areas across our e-commerce platform. This role requires strong ownership across both product strategy and execution, with a focus on solving real user problems and driving measurable business outcomes. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product direction by deeply understanding user pain points, business goals, and operational constraints. You will translate ambiguous inputs into clear problem statements and scalable product solutions. You will own product areas end-to-end, ensuring clarity across teams on what to build, why it matters, and the expected outcomes. The role involves managing and structuring the product backlog across short-term and long-term horizons, while aligning quarterly and annual planning with business priorities. You will drive prioritization based on business impact, user value, and execution feasibility, continuously evaluating trade-offs in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery. A key part of this role is owning customer journeys and identifying friction points across funnels such as product discovery, checkout, and retention. You will define and track key metrics including conversion rates, retention, revenue, average order value (AOV), and funnel performance, ensuring all initiatives are outcome-driven and data-backed.
