Precision Operator (Trainee)

Job Profile Title: Precision Operator (Trainee) Location: Waluj, MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Department: Production Reporting to: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Learn and perform high-precision operations on critical components Ensure quality and consistency in every piece produced Follow all safety protocols and cleanliness standards Use basic measuring tools for checking accuracy (after training) Maintain proper documentation of work done Work closely with senior operators to understand process intricacies Handle tools and materials with discipline and care

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass, ITI (Fitter or similar), or equivalent preferred Freshers welcome; no prior technical knowledge required Physically fit and capable of handling tools and seated/manual work for extended hours Must be a fast learner with good attention to detail Willingness to work in a focused and high-accuracy environment Ready to commit to learning and becoming a long-term part of the team
