Outreach Manager

We’re looking for dynamic, bold, and mission-driven professionals who can take GCQ Study Abroad directly to students, schools, and communities. As an Outreach Manager, your job is not to sit in an office—your job is to build the brand, generate leads, and form powerful partnerships that change students' lives. This isn’t just a role. It’s a frontline leadership position. You will be the face of GCQ in the field. If you're hungry for impact, growth, and recognition—this is your stage. What You'll Own Institution & Partner Network Build and manage relationships with schools, PU colleges, coaching centers, and training institutes. Drive partnership deals, conduct workshops, and lock in referral pipelines. Be the go-to person for study abroad awareness in your assigned territory. Events & Brand Activation Plan and execute high-impact events—seminars, career talks, student/parent info sessions, and exhibitions. Represent GCQ Study Abroad at

education

fairs, city tours, and college fests. Make sure every event results in leads, engagement, and brand visibility. Strategy, Execution & Leadership Develop city-level outreach plans that generate qualified leads consistently. Own weekly and monthly performance numbers: leads, partnerships, and conversions. Collaborate with counseling, sales, and marketing teams to align on targets and campaigns.

Requirements

What We Expect 2–5 years of proven

experience

in outreach, B2B relationship building,

education

marketing, or field sales Excellent public speaking, relationship management, and persuasive communication

skills

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities High energy, goal-driven, confident, and relentless in follow-up Willingness to travel locally and be on the ground where students are What You Will Never Do Push students into random programs for numbers Make fake promises or manipulate parents for conversions Stay passive—this is a role for action-takers Prioritize short-term wins over long-term relationships
