Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Executive with strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and customer servicing. The role involves handling end-to-end operational activities including documentation, policy servicing, coordination with insurers, and ensuring smooth and accurate process execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations for insurance policies including application processing, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Verify proposal forms, KYC documents, premium details, and ensure accurate data entry in internal systems. Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, corrections, and servicing queries. Assist customers with queries related to policy features, premium, coverage, exclusions, and claim processes. Support customers in claim initiation, documentation, tracking, and follow-up until closure. Maintain proper records of policies, payments, and documents. Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and reconciliation statements. Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company SOPs. Support sales/relationship teams with product details, quotes, and operational requirements. Identify service gaps and suggest improvements in operational workflows.

Graduate in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of

experience

in insurance operations (life, health, or general insurance). Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting basics, and policy servicing processes. Good understanding of KYC and regulatory compliance requirements. Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance CRM/portal systems. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
