Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Gurgaon (On-site) About Us Wealth Escalator by JRG Financial Services is a financial advisory firm focused on helping individuals and families build long-term wealth through clarity, discipline, and structured investing. Role Overview We are looking to build a strong digital presence and are hiring a Social Media & Content Manager who can help us create meaningful content and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management · Manage and execute content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook · Post reels, carousels, and graphics as per schedule · Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs 2. Content Creation (Video + Graphics) · Handle end-to-end video execution: scripting support → shooting → editing → posting · Create graphics using Canva (posts, thumbnails, banners) 3. Performance Marketing (Basic) · Assist in running Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) · Basic understanding of lead generation campaigns · Track campaign performance and suggest improvements Preferred
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of
experience
in digital marketing or social media roles ·
Experience
in finance/insurance industry (bonus, not mandatory)
- in finance/insurance industry (bonus, not mandatory)
- Creative mindset with execution ability
- Strong communication and coordination
