Job Description
We Uniservice, a leading technology based facility management company, looking for a young, dynamic, result oriented professional for Onboarding Executive role. Job Summary The Onboarding Executive supports the mobilization and onboarding of new sites by coordinating site readiness, documentation, training, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth transition to operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in site surveys, snag audits, and onboarding assessments. Coordinate onboarding and service transition activities Prepare and update asset lists, checklists, and onboarding documents Support training coordination and statutory compliance

Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering, or related field 2-4 years of
experience
in FM, operations, or onboarding roles preferred Good coordination, communication, and documentation
skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic FM software
