MEP BIM Coordinator

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a BIM Coordinator with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development: Create and manage detailed 3D models of MEP systems in BIM software (e.g., Revit), ensuring accuracy and alignment with design specifications. Collaboration: Work closely with MEP engineers, architects, and stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the BIM environment and support effective coordination. Model Coordination: Coordinate MEP systems with structural and architectural models to optimize layouts and resolve spatial conflicts collaboratively. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular model reviews to ensure compliance with project standards and implement best practices for MEP modeling and coordination. Training & Support: Provide BIM software training and workflow support to project teams, promoting continuous learning and effective BIM adoption.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven

experience

as a BIM Coordinator with a focus on MEP systems. Proficiency in MEP-specific BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit MEP). Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
