Position: Mechanical Assembler - UAV Systems Integration Department: Assembly Location: IIT KANPUR/ GREATER NOIDA Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Join our assembly team to build cutting-edge Large UAV systems. You will integrate mechanical subsystems, install flight controls, landing gear, and other critical components while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble UAV airframes, wings, and structural components according to engineering drawings
- Install and integrate landing gear systems, actuators, and control surfaces
- Mount sensors, antennas, and mechanical hardware with precise alignment
- Perform torque specifications and safety wire installation
- Conduct functional tests of mechanical systems and assemblies
- Collaborate with electrical technicians for systems integration
- Maintain detailed assembly records and work order documentation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of mechanical assembly
experience
(aerospace/automotive preferred) ·
Experience
with precision hand tools, torque wrenches, and assembly fixtures
- with precision hand tools, torque wrenches, and assembly fixtures
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
- Knowledge of mechanical fasteners, safety wire, and aerospace hardware
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Preferred
