Manager - Learning and Development (Retirement & Pension)

What are we looking for?

As the Learning and Development Deputy Manager/ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the professional growth and skill enhancement of your mapped employees in Retirement & Pension department. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the specific needs of R&P channel.

What does the job entail?

1. Front Line Sales executives (FLS) Capability Development:  Timely completion of Onboarding learning interventions  Driving mobile learning initiatives of R&P related content  FLS retention at the end of 3rd & 6th month.  % of FLS’s meeting confirmation target in the channel  % of FLS’s getting 3 and above rating in their performance appraisal 2. Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led training, virtual sessions, e-learning modules, conducting relevant Assessment towards effective learning.. 3. Business Critical Learning Interventions (Org Themes): Coverage on critical learning interventions e.g. New Product Launch, Process launch, other training's aligned to business needs 4. Employee Certification- Ensuring healthy participation of mapped employees in relevant employee certifications through sessions, workshops and refreshers  % Participation of Target Audience  External course completion per learner  No. of learners qualified

Work Experience

Minimum 5 Yrs. of overall experience in Sales and/or Training

Graduation

Preferred Skills

 Must hold a minimum graduate degree from a recognized institution.  Candidates with Post Graduation will be preferred.  Must have an experience of working in the BFSI sector preferably in sales or training.  Minimum 5 Yrs. of overall experience in Sales and/or Training  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  Working experience in the insurance sector will be a plus.  Candidates with relevant training certification will be preferred
