Implementation & Configuration Lead and participate in the full o9 implementation lifecycle: Requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Configure o9 modules such as

- Demand Planning , Supply Planning , Integrated Business Planning (IBP) ,Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) & Control Tower Customize the o9 platform using IBPL (o9’s scripting language). Design and configure data models and workflows to support planning processes and what-if analysis. Functional Support Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues. Perform manual and automated data uploads. Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure data accuracy. Create and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to stakeholders.
