Position : M365/Saas Administrator.
Experience :
3+years Location : Mumbai Mode : On-site Role Overview We are looking for an experienced M365 / SaaS Administrator to manage and support the organization's Microsoft 365 environment along with enterprise collaboration and SaaS applications.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Manage Entra ID, users, groups, licenses, MFA, and Conditional Access. Manage Entra ID Connect / Cloud Sync and troubleshoot synchronization issues. Support SSO, SAML, and OAuth integrations. Administer SaaS platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Jira, and Confluence. Handle L1/L2/L3 incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and vendor coordination. Support M365/SaaS security, compliance, and access reviews. Maintain SOPs and operational documentation. Required
