Lead Game Designer

Position Summary Do you want to own and shape all the elements of a great game: its setting, structure, rules, story flow, characters, interface design, and modes of play? Would you like to be part of a fun, driven, fast-paced team? PlaySimple Games is looking for Game Designers who can take games all the way from concept development to delivery. experience

in gaming, wherein 2 successful titles have been built and scaled Should be able to take games from concept to live ops, and lead the vision for the games. Responsible for all design-related

responsibilities

and KPI’s for multiple games or a franchise. Lead benchmarking and prototyping initiatives across teams to identify new business opportunities and provide proof of concept. Responsible for hiring and mentoring of game designers. Adept at using AI tools, aware of the industry trends and identifying new opportunities for improving speed, efficiency and quality.
