JR HR Executive

Assist with the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support onboarding and induction for new joiners, including documentation and orientation. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately. Help administer attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events. Respond to routine employee queries on policies, benefits, and procedures. Support compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required.

Requirements

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of

experience

in HR or an internship in a similar role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational

skills

and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
