to work on a

mission-critical application modernization initiative

The project involves transforming complex legacy enterprise capabilities into

scalable, resilient and supportable Java services

, offering an opportunity to work on modern backend architecture, development, performance engineering and cloud-native technologies.

What we're looking for

• For 5–9 Years:

• Strong hands-on experience with

Core Java and Java 8+

• Strong experience with

Spring Boot and REST APIs

• Hands-on experience with

Microservices

• Strong

SQL and database

knowledge

• Experience with

JUnit / Mockito

and automated testing

• Experience with

Git/GitHub and CI/CD

• Good debugging and production issue-resolution skills
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or cloud is an advantage

• For 10–15 Years / Lead-level:

• Strong expertise in

Core Java and Java 8–17

• Strong experience with

Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Spring JDBC and Spring AOP

• Strong understanding of

Multithreading, Concurrency, JVM internals and reactive programming

• Hands-on experience with

Microservices, REST APIs and enterprise integration

• Strong

SQL and database performance tuning

experience

• Experience troubleshooting

JVM, API and application performance issues

• Strong technical leadership, architecture, code review and mentoring experience
• Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes, cloud and observability tools

Good to Have

• Banking / Financial Services experience
• Legacy / mission-critical application modernization
