Influencer Marketing Executive

FinCrest – Our financial advisory and compliance services vertical, delivering tax consulting, regulatory guidance, virtual CFO solutions, and business finance strategy to startups and enterprises. Job Summary: The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing influencer-led campaigns for both the agency and its clients. This includes identifying the right talent, onboarding influencers, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring campaigns meet performance and engagement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification & Onboarding Source and evaluate relevant influencers (nano, micro, macro) Maintain a database of in-house and freelance influencers. Negotiate rates and close collaboration deals with freelancers and brand ambassadors. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand/client objectives. Draft campaign briefs and manage timelines for content creation and posting. Content Coordination Ensure content aligns with brand voice, compliance, and campaign objectives. Review, approve, and track influencer posts (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Coordinate cross-posting during offline activations and event-based promotions. Reporting & Analysis Create campaign performance reports for internal and client review. Suggest optimizations for future influencer selection and campaign strategy. Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with freelancers, vendors, and on-ground teams for smooth execution. Maintain strong relationships with influencer partners and manage contract renewals or repeat hiring.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field. 2–3 years’

experience

in influencer marketing Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, and influencer marketing platforms is a bonus. Specification:
