Client Servicing(FC)

FinCrest – Our financial advisory and compliance services vertical, delivering tax consulting, regulatory guidance, virtual CFO solutions, and business finance strategy to startups and enterprises.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our FinCrest vertical. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and wants to grow into a trusted point of contact for our fintech clients. You will act as the primary SPOC (Single Point of Contact), ensuring smooth coordination between clients and our internal finance, tax, and compliance teams, and ensuring every client engagement runs seamlessly from onboarding through ongoing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Work with the Business Development team to onboard new clients, including fixing and attending client meetings ü Support business development activities such as identifying upsell or referral opportunities ü Maintain an overview of all client accounts across tax, compliance, and virtual CFO engagements ü Periodically check account status and identify any issues or delays not addressed by the Ops team ü Flag unaddressed issues or delays to the Business Development senior for resolution ü Support client onboarding, including documentation collection and coordination with internal teams ü Escalate unresolved client queries to the right internal stakeholder ü Share feedback on gaps in servicing and suggest improvements to client

Specifications: Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Prior internship or work

experience

in client servicing, account management, or customer success is an added advantage

Experience:

in Client service (Exposure to fintech, financial services, or startup environments is an added advantage) Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore Knowledge &

Skills:

Basic working knowledge of the Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, and other applicable compliance frameworks Familiarity with how tax, compliance, and virtual CFO services are delivered Strong communication and relationship management

Comfort with CRM tools and trackers

Qualifications:

ü Familiarity with CRM or client-tracking tools is a plus ü Willingness to learn about RBI regulations, payment/fintech compliance, and financial reporting on the job ü Excellent written and verbal communication
