Handling Import/Export Documentation like - Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Entry and freight forwarding, etc. Preparing Checklist with Visual Impex Soft Find H.S. codes and duty structure with the tariff book Maintaining DSR report. Preparation and submission of E-Sanchit documents Making Custom Duty and stamp Duty payments, Drawback claims Trace the shipment status through websites and by personal contact with shipping lines and freight forwarders. Well-versed with the usage of ICEGATE and updated shipment status to the HOD. Arrange to collect the delivery orders from shipping lines & freight forwarders. Good communication with emails and Personal Contact. Capable of attending Personal hearings with Customs. Resolving queries with the help of the customs clearance team He should have worked with a team of staff under him in his present organization.
