Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for finding the right talent to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Prior experience in Quant/ tech/ Financial operations hiring.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
