Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing industry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing candidates for various RCM positions. The candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from initial sourcing through onboarding while ensuring hiring targets are achieved within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US Healthcare RCM and Medical Billing positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules with the hiring team.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview rounds, assessments, document collection, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming RCM requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining the quality of hires.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Handle candidate queries and provide timely updates regarding the selection and onboarding process.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification/documentation wherever required.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Work closely with the HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Preferred Experience

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
• Prior experience recruiting for US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, AR Calling, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Denial Management, or related healthcare processes will be highly preferred.
• Experience handling bulk hiring / volume recruitment is an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment for BPO, Healthcare BPO, RCM, or medical billing organizations are encouraged to apply.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Good working knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the HR and Operations teams.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining recruitment trackers.
