Job Description

We are looking for experienced and motivated AR Callers to join our US Healthcare RCM team. Candidates with 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and hands-on exposure to either Hospital Billing or Physician Billing are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling insurance follow-ups, claim status, denials, outstanding accounts, and payment-related issues while working with US healthcare insurance providers.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare RCM.
• Experience in Hospital Billing or Physician Billing.
• Good understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
• Hands-on experience with insurance follow-up and claim status.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing terminology and insurance processes.
• Ability to analyze accounts and identify the reason for outstanding balances or claim issues.
• Willingness to work in a US Healthcare night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-up.
• Check claim status and determine the reason for unpaid or underpaid claims.
• Follow up on denied, rejected, and outstanding claims.
• Identify claim discrepancies and take appropriate action for resolution.
• Work on AR aging accounts and prioritize follow-ups based on account status.
• Document call details, claim updates, and follow-up actions accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and resolution.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of US Healthcare Insurance and Medical Billing.
• Understanding of Hospital Billing / Physician Billing processes.
• Knowledge of AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and claim resolution.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable working in a night-shift environment.
