Help Desk Executive

Uniservice is a growing, tech-driven facility management company. We’re looking for a young and dynamic professional who is eager to grow, take ownership, and work closely with our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients, residents, and visitors. Handle incoming and outgoing calls. Keep the front office clean and organized. Coordinate with the Maintenance Team on resident complaints. Track staff attendance and prepare daily reports. Update HR on new joiners and exits. Arrange staff ID cards, uniforms, and other onboarding needs. Maintain visitor logs, courier records, and vendor details. Handle petty cash and prepare expense statements. Share daily updates with management. Assist with amenity bookings and update BESCOM (electricity) billing details. Support general documentation and administrative work.

Requirements

Education -

PUC/Any Graduation

Experience -

2-4 years Communication

Skills -

Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi & Kannada. Computer

Skills -

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
