Graphic Designer

Power Within Psychology is looking for a Graphic Designer – Digital Media who will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics for our digital platforms. The role focuses on designing website banners, social media creatives, educational posts, and video thumbnails that communicate psychology concepts and academic updates effectively. The designer will work closely with the marketing and academic teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs that maintain the brand identity of Power Within Psychology.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing banners for websites, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
• Creating graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Designing YouTube thumbnails and promotional visuals for video content
• Developing creative designs for educational posts, announcements, and campaigns
• Maintaining consistency in brand colors, typography, and visual identity
• Collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to design content for courses, webinars, and academic updates
• Preparing visual assets optimized for different digital platforms and screen formats

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
• Ability to design social media creatives, digital banners, and YouTube thumbnails
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, color balance, and typography for digital media
• Ability to translate concepts and ideas into clear and engaging visual designs
• Familiarity with designing creatives for multiple platforms and formats (Instagram posts, stories, YouTube thumbnails, website banners)
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across designs Preferred
• Candidates who own a personal laptop and are comfortable working on professional design software independently will be preferred.
• Familiarity with managing design work files, fonts, and assets on personal systems is desirable.
• Ability to handle design tasks efficiently using personal equipment and software tools.
